Appeals

We are trial lawyers.  As such, we know the importance of protecting a record on appeal because we also handle appeals.  Appellate procedure is different from trial litigation. Appeals are based on the trial transcripts only.  Successful appeals draw out the evidence and facts from the trial transcripts and present them in a persuasive manner supported by caselaw to the Court of Appeals in Salem, Oregon.  Our lawyers know how to argue facts, caselaw, and write persuasively.
